Australian Spontaneous Ale with Elderflower, 6.5%

A Lambic-inspired fruit beer with young spontaneous ale aged in oak barrels, brewed with, and aged on fresh Elderflower flowers. A distinctively Elderflower perfume rises from the glass before a lime sherbet flavour refreshingly strikes the plate. Only just approaching 12 months of age, its fresh, vibrant and effervescent.
